What to do if you are unable to log in to your account?
If you’re experiencing issues logging into your RentalCover Account, please try the following troubleshooting steps.
- Check you have entered the correct email address or mobile number. Please ensure you haven’t made any typos when signing in and that your email address is from a valid domain such as Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook, AOL or Yahoo.
- Check you have entered the correct one-time code. Once you’ve entered your email address or mobile number on the login page, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a one-time code to complete the login process. We recommend you copy and paste the code onto the login page to avoid mistakes.
- Check your spam and trash folders.
- Try logging in using a different browser.
- Try logging in using a different device. For example, if you’re on your mobile, try using a desktop.
