What to do if you are unable to log in to your account?

If you’re experiencing issues logging into your RentalCover Account, please try the following troubleshooting steps. 
  1. Check you have entered the correct email address or mobile number. Please ensure you haven’t made any typos when signing in and that your email address is from a valid domain such as Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook, AOL or Yahoo. 
  2. Check you have entered the correct one-time code. Once you’ve entered your email address or mobile number on the login page, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a one-time code to complete the login process. We recommend you copy and paste the code onto the login page to avoid mistakes. 
  3. Check your spam and trash folders. 
  4. Try logging in using a different browser. 
  5. Try logging in using a different device. For example, if you’re on your mobile, try using a desktop.
